Deadline: August 1st 

All partnership assets must be submitted by August 1 to ensure proper placement and production for the upcoming season.

Note: Please ensure files match the dimensions provided and follow the file format requirements outlined below.

File Tips

To ensure clean scaling and high-resolution output:​

Traditional Signage
(Concession, Concourse, Field Wraps, etc.)

  • Submit Graphics as .ESP or vector format 

  • Submit Logos as a high-resolution .PNG

    • Transparent backgrounds preferred

LED Signage 
(ProAds, Ribbon Boards, Videoboard)

For static LED placements:

  • Submit Graphics as .JPG

  • Submit Logos as a high-resolution .PNG

    • Transparent background preferred

For animated LED content:

  • Submit animated graphics as .MP4 or .MOV video formats

  • Frame rate: 29.97 fps 

For PA Announcements, submit the following:

  • Submit videoboard Graphics as:

    • Static Images: .JPG

    • Animated: .MP4 or .MOV at 29.97 or 30 fps

  • Submit PA Read (up to :30) as a .PDF​

Radio Assets

Submit your radio creative in one of the following ways:

  • Copy: Upload as .PDF with your finalized copy or fill out our radio form (attached below)

  • Produced Spots (for :30 or longer): Submit as .MP3 or .WAV files

Print Ads
(Souvenir Cups, Posters, Yearbooks, etc.)

  • Submit Logos/Graphics as high-resolution .PNG files

  • Submit Yearbook Ads as a .PDF (PDF/X-1a compliant)

    • Resolution: 300 dpi minimum

    • Color: CMYK 4-color process only - no color spots

Digital Ads & Video

Standard Digital Ads (Fan365, HerdZone.com, Mobile App)

  • File types: .JPG, .PNG, .GIF or HTML5

  • Max File Size: (HTML5): 300 KB

  • 3rd Party Tags: accepted

  • Landing Page URL must be included with all digital ad submissions

Logo Inclusion (social media, HerdZone.com, etc.)

  • File types: .PNG with transparent background

Connected TV & In-Stream Video Creatives (Fan365)

  • Length: :15 or :30 seconds

  • File Types: .MP4

  • Resolution: 1920x1080

  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9, 4:5 or 1:1

  • Bitrate: 15,000-30,000 kbps

  • Max File Size: 1 GB

  • Frame Rate: 23.98 or 29.97 fps

  • Audio: 48 kHz sample rate
